Buckle Up Davie: Child Passenger Safety Program
Keeping Davie County’s children safe on the road.
Davie County EMS, in partnership with the Davie County Health & Human Services and supported by the United Way of Davie County, provides Child Passenger Safety services through the Buckle Up Davie program. This program offers free car seats to eligible families and ensures every seat is installed safely and correctly.
Who Can Participate
- Residents of Davie County
- Families receiving government assistance
- Expecting parents (Car seats for unborn children can be scheduled one month before the due date)
When and Where
First Monday of each month, 9 AM – 12 PM
(If the first Monday is a holiday, appointments move to the following Monday.)

- The vehicle the car seat will be installed in
- The child, if possible, to ensure proper fit
* Appointments are required for car seat distribution. EMS staff will contact you to confirm your appointment time.
